quality control/communication system.

We at Secure Clean are using CleanTelligent^® primarily to automate and track quality control.  Inspections will be performed regularly by your account supervisor using a Blackberry handheld device which is uploaded to the servers, enabling our management team to examine the inspections to view trends and problem areas, and to make sure that quality is constantly improving.  You can also access the inspection reports to verify that we are doing what we are contracted to do.  If you would like, an icon can easily be placed on your computer desktop and with a click you will be in the system. Copies of messages and inspections can be automatically sent to your e-mail address if you desire.

The number of users at your site is unlimited and does not cost you a penny. This is a tool to bring about true transparency with regard to your cleaning service. With CleanTelligent^® top quality service is verified, tracked, and assured. We are confident that you will like the results.

You do not need to use the CleanTelligent^® system to communicate and interact with us, but if you choose to do so their are advantages to you.  Work orders can be generated, client surveys sent, and messages can be exchanged and easily retrieved indefinitely.  MSDS's for chemicals used in your facility will be available through this system as well.
