Daily Janitorial

Our workers are conscientious, well-trained, and undergo a criminal background investigation prior to being hired.  Each worker is a W-2 employee of Secure Clean and is required to wear a uniform and ID badge, and is supervised by an assigned member of our management staff.  Quality control inspections are performed regularly using our CleanTelligent® system to insure that the cleaning consistently remains at a high level.  We also enjoy visiting our customers personally to discuss their level of satisfaction with our services as well as special cleaning needs.

Carpet Cleaning

To extend carpet life to maintain a clean appearance we employ both hot water extraction carpet cleaning and low moisture encapsulation carpet cleaning.  Both methods effectively remove spots and abrasive soils from carpet fibers.  Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

We recommend a Carpet Maintenance Program for all of our customers to protect their investment and to maintain a consistently clean and spot-free appearance for all carpeting.  Please ask for details.

Hard Surface Floor Care

We use specialized floor care systems along with well-trained and experienced floor care specialists to produce amazing results on vinyl composition tile and sheet flooring, ceramic, quarry, and stone floors.  Our floor care specialists are all overseen by our Project Manager, and we use only top of the line products from major manufacturers such as Johnson Diversey.  These factors along with partnerships with our suppliers enable us to expertly deal with potential floor problems and to keep up with industry-best practices to insure results that you will love.

Window Washing

Our window cleaners are well-trained, experienced professionals and are safety conscious.  We can easily handle your non high-rise interior and exterior window cleaning needs.

Basic Maintenance

We are experienced in handling maintenance projects such as light bulb and florescent tube replacement, ballast replacement, emergency light maintenance and repair/replacement, minor plumbing repairs, replacing door closers, lubricating locks and hinges, and many other basic maintenance items.
