Rick VanderKoy - Owner, founder, and CEORick worked for a carpet cleaning company while in High School in the early 1970s and took on the company owner’s clientele when he decided to exit the business. At about the same time (1974) he branched out into commercial cleaning services, at the time caring for all duties including sales, administration, and labor. Rick and Debbie VanderKoy were married in 1977, she then joined the company and together they grew the business by selectively pursuing accounts that fit the model they had worked out, and by retaining current customers. Debbie’s profile appears below.Rick currently continues to be active in sales, customer service, administration, and enjoys visiting buildings while the cleaning staff is working. He is always available to customers and employees via cell phone or e-mail.
Debbie VanderKoy - Vice PresidentDebbie currently works as the office manager. Since we do all of our accounting internally, there is much to do. She is also involved in discussions regarding the direction of the company and other major business decisions.
Ashley VanderKoy - Administrative AssistantAshley started in March of 2007 and is responsible for all accounting activities including payables and receivables, bi-weekly payroll, and record keeping. She also updates the telephone timekeeping system, tracks employee attendance and quality issues, and based on this data monitors the employee bonus incentive system. Other duties include assembling MSDS books, keeping HR records up to date, etc.
Juvenal Corral - Operations ManagerJuvenal started as a floor tech in November of 1999 and was soon doing carpet cleaning and other project work. He has over the years done nightly janitorial work in many facilities as well and showed himself to be a self-starter and a leader. He was gradually promoted to trainer and supervisor, then in July 2008 to Operations Manager, overseeing all areas of the operations end of the company. Juvenal oversees the Area Supervisors and the Project Manager, and is an indispensible member of our management team.
Ricardo Saucedo - Project ManagerRicardo started working as a floor tech in January 2006 and is experienced in all aspects of floor care, carpet cleaning, window cleaning, etc. He was promoted to Project Manager in October 2010 and is responsible for training, inspecting, and overseeing the floor crews, carpet cleaning crews, and other project workers.
Yolanda Bustamonte - Area SupervisorYolanda was hired in September of 1998 as a cleaner. She was soon thereafter promoted to team leader of the building she cleaned, overseeing the other cleaners on site. Since February 2000 she has been an Area Supervisor, overseeing several building sites and workers. Supervisors are responsible for training, inspecting using the CleanTelligent® system, re-training as needed, and overseeing the workers in their buildings.
Martin Garcia - Area SupervisorMartin started in November of 2001 and was promoted to Area Supervisor in January 2003. He shares the same responsibilities as all Supervisors, coaching the workers to do their best work and keeping them and customers happy.
Mitzi Enriquez - Area SupervisorMitzi started as a nightly cleaner February 2002. She has worked in several different facilities since, and was promoted to Supervisor in January 2006.
Juan Macias - Area SupervisorJuan started working as a nightly cleaner May of 2005 and was used thereafter as team leader of the facility he worked in. Since July 2008 he has worked as an Area Supervisor.
Maria Corral - Supervisor/TrainerMaria worked as a cleaner and later as a trainer from 1998 to 2007, then took a hiatus for a few years. She was re-hired as a supervisor/trainer in March 2011. |
